This first stage of my planned run of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is the shortest.

Only 19 miles, just to get a feel for the coastal running and see how much up and down is needed.
The distances are measured from the OS 1:50,000 maps and may well be subject to variation depending on how closely the path follows the headlands, etc
